Apr 16, 2023

The rain falls on the just and the unjust so all of us experience pain in some part of our life. The ultimate goal is to heal. Even when the process is difficult.

(PRUnderground) April 16th, 2023

Life…Day to day we travel through life. Some days are good, some bad, and some change the entire direction that you thought you were heading in. Some things start out really well and then the bottom falls out, the loss from these types of events are devastating, and the human mind thinks that life is over. But when you have lost what you thought was everything the Most High takes you into a journey into the walk to RESTORATION. During this walk a few more things may fall away. But during the process the things that come are better than before, You begin to gain balance and fluency. Your purpose becomes clear.  Allow us the opportunity to share our journey with you as a form of inspiration..

This book is the true stories of women that experienced the pain of falling, and grew through the process of being restored mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Sharing their story assisted in their healing with the ultimate goal to help others realize they are not the only ones hurting and can heal.

Like the pains of labor bring forth an amazing blessing and great joy. Life pains can lead you to life changing blessings if you continue to push through.

Delos Santos sets new junior world records in Ningbo

MANILA, Philippines — Albert Ian Delos Santos finished out of the podium in the 2026 IWF World Weightlifting Championships, but delivered a promising performance by shattering two junior world records in the men’s 70-kilogram (kg) division in Ningbo, China. The 20-year-old Asian Junior champion came off a bronze finish in the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, and was not over in setting new records as he eclipsed his previous world junior record He lifted a total of 331kg, built on 144kg in the snatch and 187kg in the clean and jerk. to surpass his previous total lift of 324kg that he made in the Asian Games. He also eclipsed his own record in the clean and jerk of 183kg. To put the 331 kg total into perspective, it is almost equivalent to the weight of a standard grand piano, an average commercial soda vending machine, or about 11 golden retrievers. First Filipina Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz formerly lauded Delos Santos and knew that he was meant to reach greater heights “Ian is one of our future Olympian gold medalist in the Philippines, as you can see he’s a junior world record holder, then he won here at 20 years old, competing in Asian Games, and it’s his first time,” Diaz told the media during Delos Santos bronze finish in Asiad.   “He is one of a kind, and I can’t describe how brave he is,” she added. North Korea took the top two spots, with Pak Pyol winning gold with a world-record total of 355 kilograms, while Ri Won Ju took silver with 343 kg, and China’s He Baozhen rounded out the podium with bronze, lifting 339 kg. Although he fell short of a medal, Delos Santos delivered one of the competition’s standout performances, improving his own junior records against some of the world’s top lifters. Delos Santos is expected to move up to the 75-kilogram category for the IWF qualifying competition in Qatar in December as he continues his international campaign.
