Singapore Cervicogenic Dizziness: Drug-Free Upper Cervical Care Announced

Oct 25, 2026

With dizziness affecting roughly 40% of neck pain patients, Singapore’s Dr Neck Pain has announced an X-ray-guided program that targets cervicogenic dizziness at its structural source in the upper cervical spine.

Singapore, Singapore, October 25, 2026 /NewsNetwork/ -- Dr Neck Pain, a structural correction chiropractic clinic in Singapore, has announced a drug-free, X-ray-guided approach to resolving cervicogenic dizziness, characterized by chronic unsteadiness and persistent off-balance sensations. Rather than managing these symptoms indefinitely, the clinic’s methodology targets misaligned vertebrae in the upper cervical spine, which it identifies as the structural source of the disrupted signals behind the condition.

Cervicogenic dizziness originates in the neck and nervous system rather than the inner ear, a distinction that can contribute to misdiagnosis even in clinical settings, according to Dr Neck Pain. A 2021 multi-center study published in PubMed Central found that dizziness affects roughly 40% of neck pain patients, underscoring how commonly the two conditions overlap. Treatments for cervicogenic dizziness can include muscle relaxants, pain relievers, and anti-dizziness medications, though these approaches generally address symptoms rather than the underlying structural cause.

The problem is compounded by the fact that the diagnostic process for cervicogenic dizziness is often lengthy and costly. According to the clinic, patients frequently spend between S$3,000 and S$5,000 on MRIs, ENT consultations, and neurologist visits, only to be told that test results appear normal.

The clinic’s solution is the R3NEW X™ Protocol, a three-phase cervical structural correction system comprising Release, Reset, and Recalibrate. Each phase is designed to physically reposition misaligned vertebrae, with progress confirmed through X-ray imaging at every stage. The protocol was developed by Dr Will Kalla, the clinic’s founder and a Doctor of Chiropractic with 29 years of clinical experience.

The clinic’s treatment centers on upper cervical chiropractic adjustment, a non-invasive technique aimed at correcting alignment in the top of the neck to reduce the sensory conflict between cervical and vestibular signals. The approach may also ease tension in the surrounding musculature, which the clinic says can help restore clearer communication between the neck and the brain’s balance system.

Having treated more than 3,000 patients in Singapore, the clinic encourages individuals experiencing unexplained dizziness, particularly those who have already exhausted conventional medical avenues, to seek a structural evaluation of the neck.

Russia to host 2030 world weightlifting champs in Olympic federation first

PARIS, France — Moscow was announced Sunday as host of the 2030 world weightlifting championships, the sport's governing body becoming the first Olympic federation to hand Russia global staging rights since 2022. No world championships in an Olympic sport, summer or winter, have been held in Russia since the start of the war against Ukraine. The 2025 world swimming champs, initially attributed to the Russian city of Kazan, were moved to Singapore. "Concerning the IWF (Senior) World Championships in 2029, it will be staged in Ahmedabad (India), and Moscow (Russia) will host the 2030 edition," the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) said in a statement. IWF general secretary Jose Quinones added that "all the bids we received were excellent and we are sure that the championships in your respective countries will be a huge success". In a post on Telegram, Russian Weightlifting Federation president Aleksandr Vinokurov thanked the IWF "for their trust", with the 2030 world champs also serving as a qualifying event for the 2032 Olympic Games. "Russia has all the necessary experience and capabilities to host competitions of the highest level," he said. "Moscow has repeatedly staged major international sporting events and has modern infrastructure." The federation toasted its success in snagging the hosting rights. "The Russian Weightlifting Federation is the first Olympic sports federation to succeed in bringing a top-level official competition back to the country in many years," it said. The decision to name Moscow as the host is a ground-breaking one and comes in the wake of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) announcing a pathway for Russian athletes to compete in international competition. A state-sponsored doping program implemented, according to the World Anti-Doping Agency, at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games, and the assault on Ukraine launched by President Vladimir Putin in 2022 resulted in Russians competing in various guises at international competition, most recently as Individual Neutral Athletes. However, on July 7 Russia came in from the cold when the IOC eased restrictions on Russian athletes and opened a pathway for them to compete in qualifying events for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. A furious Ukraine filed an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) requesting that the IOC decision be annulled.
