Orientation programme at SRKUniversity concludes

"Uday- 2022-23" An orientation programme organised by Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan University, Bhopal (SRKUniversityBhopal) for its Undergraduate and Postgraduate MBBS students at the SRKuniversity's RKDF Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute concluded recently.

Medical Education Minister, Madhya Pradesh Mr Vishwas Kailash Sarang was the chief guest of the function while Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission, Bhopal (MPPURC) Dr Bharat Saran Singh was the guest of honour.

During the programme, the minister lauded the efforts of SRKUniversity for organising a comprehensive event for the benefit of the students and society at large. Addressing the guests he said that the SRK is known for conducting events like these for years now. This trend must go on. He wished the SRKUniversityBhopal students good luck for the future and urged them to become good human beings which is the first step to becoming good medical practitioners. 

SRKUniversity Chancellor Dr Sadhna Kapoor also addressed the gathering. She said that SRKUniversityBhopal is an academic fraternity of individuals that are dedicated to the motto of easy learning that helps society in many ways. 

Dr Kapoor added that the SRKUniversity aims at providing students with a unique learning experience in Medicine and also in Science, Technology, Management and other areas of life. This will help the students to serve the world in a better way. 

She further said, "SRKUniversity believes in facilitating intellectual stimulation to generate, maintain and disseminate knowledge. It empowers its students to meet the challenges of a collaborative and competitive globalised environment, synergise excellence amongst aspirants through world-class ambience and inculcates a culture of inclusiveness by providing wide access to higher education opportunities."

It has contributed largely to their holistic growth and many of them are now known for effective contributions to society in a dynamic environment. It has helped evolve and develop skill-based systems for the effective delivery of knowledge so as to equip young professionals with dedication and commitment to excellence in all spheres of life & society.

The orientation programme evoked an overwhelming response as the MBBS students, their parents and guardians attended it in large numbers. After the concluding ceremony, while expressing their happiness about SRKUniversityBhopal, a group of parents voiced their opinion stating that SRK fosters sustainable environmental attitude among its students, and initiates trends that impact higher education policies and practices on a global level and in a positive manner. 

The event was also graced by Group Chairman Dr Sunil Kapoor and Group MD Mr Siddharth Kapoor while SRK Vice Chancellor Mrs Ruchi Choubey proposed a vote of thanks.
