Notaron Expands Online Notarization Access Across Arizona

Remote online notarization platform now serves title, escrow, legal and mortgage professionals and residents statewide under Arizona's RON framework

San Jose, United States, October 20, 2026 -- Notaron, an online notary platform built for real estate, title, legal and mortgage professionals, today announced expanded access to its on-demand Arizona online notary service, backed by a newly onboarded pool of Arizona-commissioned notaries. Arizona businesses and residents, from Phoenix and Tucson to Flagstaff, Yuma and rural communities, can now have documents notarized by a live commissioned notary over secure audio-video, without scheduling an appointment or leaving home or office.

The new Arizona notary pool joins Notaron's 24/7 nationwide network in a state where remote closings, out-of-state property owners and seasonal residents make in-person notarization a recurring bottleneck. Sessions typically take under 10 minutes, and pricing starts at $25 per notarization.

What Arizona residents and professionals get

  • 24/7 on-demand live notaries. Nights, weekends and the eve of a closing deadline, with no appointment required.
  • Real estate and mortgage-ready. Notaron is MISMO compliant and supports hybrid closings, so title and escrow teams can run seller-side, buyer-side or full eClosings.
  • Online notary for law firms. Firms can bill clients directly or bill to matter, with no setup fee and a satisfaction guarantee.
  • White-label option. Enterprise accounts can run Notaron under their own domain and sender address.
  • Verifiable results. Every completed session issues a proof certificate that serves as a public verification and audit trail for the notarization.
  • Available nationwide. Arizona signers can be anywhere in the state, elsewhere in the U.S. or abroad; Notaron notaries hold commissions that authorize remote online notarization.

Notaron customers rate the service 4.9 out of 5 based on in-app post-session reviews.

"Arizona has had one of the clearest remote notarization frameworks in the country since 2020, but access has lagged the law," said Adam Babish, founder and CEO of Notaron. "A title officer in Scottsdale, an attorney in Tucson or a seller who lives out of state shouldn't have to chase a notary across town the night before a deadline. We've spent more than 20 years in escrow and signing services, and we built Notaron to make a compliant notarization as easy as a video call."

Remote online notarization in Arizona

Arizona authorized remote online notarization through Senate Bill 1030, which took effect July 1, 2020 after the Governor moved the start date forward to April 10, 2020 during the pandemic. Under A.R.S. § 41-376 and the Secretary of State's rules, a RON notary must verify the signer's identity through credential analysis and identity proofing, keep a tamper-evident electronic journal, retain an audio-video recording of each session, and attach a certificate stating that the notarization involved communication technology. Notaron's platform is built to meet those requirements, and Arizona also recognizes online notarizations properly performed by commissioned notaries in other states.

Rybakina secures year-end top rank with Tokyo win

TOKYO — World number one Elena Rybakina hailed her "amazing achievement" after securing the year-end top ranking with a 6-2, 6-3 win over fellow Kazakh Yulia Putintseva in Japan on Thursday. Rybakina became world number one for the first time last month in winning the US Open, replacing Aryna Sabalenka at the summit. She ensured she will start 2027 on top after a comfortable opening match in Tokyo, swatting aside world number 67 Putintseva at the Pan Pacific Open in 70 minutes. The achievement capped a year in which Rybakina also won the Australian Open in January and now has three Grand Slam titles. "It means a lot, this is something we worked for with the team," said the 27-year-old. "So many great players and we are all really close to each other, and I'm happy that now with last week and with today's win I made it possible to secure number one at the end of the year. "It's an amazing achievement and hopefully we can continue this way next year," she added. Moscow-born Rybakina has already secured her place at next month's season-ending WTA Finals at Indian Wells. She arrived in Tokyo after winning her fourth title of the season last week at the Ningbo Open in China. She sent down six aces against Putintseva and saved the only break point she faced. "Today the serve definitely helped me in the important moments," she said. "I was just trying to pick my spot and I think today with a closed roof and a combination of the balls and the court made me feel better serving. "I'm glad today it worked." Rybakina's opponent in the quarter-finals will be Canada's Leylah Fernandez, who she beat in the Ningbo final. Rybakina said she had not had time to explore Tokyo but planned to indulge a new hobby when she gets a chance. "Because of my coach I am a little bit following Pokemon cards now," she said. "I'm not a huge fan but he is so I know a little bit, and we were getting some cards, opening them and trying to find some important ones."
