Meeting Global Demand: Redfy's Evolution as an OEM Red Light Therapy Panel Manufacturer in China

Oct 23, 2026

Shenzhen, Guangdong Oct 23, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - In recent years, wellness clinics, athletic recovery centers, specialized medical spas, and health-conscious home users have increasingly turned to targeted red light therapy to support active cellular repair, skin rejuvenation, and deep tissue recovery. As public awareness of light-based wellness expands across international consumer markets, overseas brands face the daily challenge of securing reliable hardware that balances strict optical performance, safety compliance, and cost-effective volume manufacturing. Meeting this ongoing demand requires dedicated industrial partners capable of translating precise photonic parameters into scalable, durable finished equipment. Operating as a specialized manufacturing partner, Redfy, the red light therapy brand of Sunplus LED Technology Co., Ltd., provides OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions for red light therapy panels in China, combining optoelectronic engineering expertise with scalable production capabilities to support global brands and distributors.

Global Demand for Red Light Therapy Panels and China's Manufacturing Sector

The global market for non-invasive photobiomodulation devices continues to expand rapidly as health-conscious consumers, dermatologists, and physical therapists integrate science-backed wellness equipment into daily routines. Commercial buyers across Europe, North America, Australia, and East Asia routinely search for high-irradiance panels capable of delivering targeted wavelengths while fully satisfying strict regional electronic and safety certifications. Producing a commercial-grade OEM red light therapy panel involves complex technical parameters, including exact optical energy distribution, high-density chip configuration, engineered for low EMF output and designed to meet applicable electrical safety requirements.

China's highly developed electronic manufacturing ecosystem provides an ideal operational foundation for meeting these technical requirements at scale. Within this mature industrial landscape, specialized production facilities offer the deep component sourcing network, advanced precision tooling, and technical infrastructure required to build high-performance photobiomodulation equipment efficiently. Operating as an established OEM red light therapy panel supplier in China, Redfy helps global brands navigate complicated manufacturing workflows by delivering consistent hardware supported by third-party testing and verification, including Intertek verification where applicable.

From Early LED Technical Roots to Dedicated OEM Panel Manufacturing

The operational expansion of Sunplus Led Technology Co., Ltd. reflects the broader technological maturation of the light therapy device sector over the past two decades. The core engineering team began researching LED photobiomodulation technology back in 2009, acquiring essential practical knowledge in semiconductor light emission, optical lens orientation, power driver efficiency, and heavy-duty thermal management. Recognizing the rising demand for private-label health devices worldwide, the company's LED industry experience dates back to 2009. Sunplus LED Technology Co., Ltd. was officially incorporated in 2016, later developing Redfy as its dedicated red light therapy brand.

Transitioning from component-level engineering into a fully integrated private-label manufacturing power took years of continuous facility investment and workflow optimization. Over time, Redfy strategically centered its core production around modular light therapy panels engineered specifically for easy private-label customization and seamless addition to existing distributor catalogs. This focused growth allowed Sunplus Led Technology Co., Ltd. to build a complete in-house production system, establishing its standing as a direct red light therapy panel supplier in China for international wellness companies, athletic franchises, and online retail brands seeking dependable manufacturing backing.

Manufacturing Capabilities and Technical Quality Control

Operating from a modern 8,000 square meter production center outfitted with high-speed automated assembly lines, Redfy maintains an impressive monthly capacity of up to 60,000 complete units. This large-scale output capability allows the factory to serve fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brands as well as large commercial contracts destined for worldwide distribution networks. A trained workforce of over 150 factory technicians alongside more than 30 dedicated hardware, software, and industrial engineers oversees every single phase of physical production, ensuring repeatable mechanical accuracy across high-volume runs. Redfy also works with independent third-party testing and verification partners, including Intertek, to support product quality, safety, and international market requirements.

Precision Optical Engineering for Custom Red Light Therapy Panels

Precision optical engineering is one of the core capabilities behind Redfy's red light therapy panel manufacturing. The company develops customized LED spectrum solutions, including 8-wavelength and 9-wavelength configurations integrating visible light and near-infrared wavelengths.

Redfy's standard wavelength portfolio includes:

480nm / 525nm / 630nm / 660nm / 810nm / 850nm / 940nm / 980nm / 1060nm

Through flexible LED chip combinations, independent channel control, and optical design optimization, Redfy enables global brands to create customized red light therapy panels with different performance specifications and product positioning.

To maintain manufacturing consistency, Redfy applies strict quality-control processes covering optical spectrum verification, irradiance testing, thermal performance evaluation, high-temperature aging tests, and electrical safety inspections. These engineering processes help ensure reliable product performance across commercial production runs.

Hamilton sets sights on racing in African grand prix

AUSTIN, United States — Lewis Hamilton on Thursday welcomed Formula One’s  decision to return to Africa, but revealed reservations over the choice of Rwanda to host the continent’s first Grand Prix in more than three decades. The seven-time world champion also said he wanted to stay in F1 racing into his forties to make sure he can fulfil his dream of racing in an African Grand Prix. Speaking to reporters ahead of this weekend’s United States Grand Prix, the Ferrari driver said he was aware of concerns regarding Rwanda and said they should not be overlooked. "Of course, I don’t get to choose where we go and, naturally, there’s problems all over the world today,” he said. “I’ve seen many of the stories, but I think we really have to approach it with humility.” Formula One announced a 10-year agreement to race in Rwanda last week with the race set to join the calendar after a circuit has been built in the early 2030s. The last time an F1 race was held in Africa was the 33rd South African Grand Prix near Johannesburg in 1993 when Hamilton was just eight years old. "There’s a lot that we don’t know,” added Hamilton who has called for a return to Africa for many years. “Growing up in England, they never taught us anything about Africa. It needs to be on the curriculum… "A lot of the problems they have there are still the results of colonialism and the west intervening, but if you see the people, you see so many designs that are out there today. Top brands come from Africa, and it’s got all the richest resources. "I really hope, and I still have hopes, that Africa unites. I know there’s many people that don’t want that to happen -- because they would be so powerful if they did, but I’m still hopeful that at some stage they will. "And, of course, going doesn’t mean that you neglect the things that are happening there. "So hopefully many people start to educate themselves a little more about what is happening, what has happened for hundreds of years and I hope that does spark the conversation.” Hamilton, who warmly praised runaway championship leader Kimi Antonelli of Mercedes as he sat alongside him at a news conference, revealed also that he hopes to continue racing into his mid-forties. "I’m looking forward to racing with him longer. I mean, I’m now forced to have to stay a lot longer because we have a race in Africa -- and that’s been my dream, to be able to race in Africa.” "So, you’ve got time,” said the 20-year-old Italian. “You’ve got to do at least the first one.” "Yeah,” replied Hamilton. “I have to keep fighting to try and stay fit if I can. If I can still punch out good results over the next year, we’ll keep it going.”
