London, United Kingdom - August 22, 2023 /PressCable/ —

This property search portal aggregates many of the available rental apartments from London real estate agents into one hub, giving users access to an extensive inventory of recently listed houses. As the company explains, the tool streamlines the house-hunting process, enabling families to find the ideal property that matches their needs and budget quickly.

More details can be found at https://londonrelocation.com/

Unlike conventional house search methods, London Relocation offers users the chance to view between 18-25 suitable listings in per search, giving them more options.

The portal is updated several times a day with new listings that include studio flats, condominiums, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes, villas, and a variety of other types of housing. Its filter feature allows users to refine their searches based on location, house type, and other preferences.

According to London Relocation, the entire process, from finding the perfect apartment to viewing and signing the lease contract, can be completed within one to seven days.

Beyond simplifying the house-hunting process, London Relocation also offers expert advice to make the transition smooth for families moving to London. Based on the client’s lifestyle, they will advise on the best neighborhood to live in, schools, and other essential amenities that will help the client settle into their new home quickly.

The company works with both local UK movers and expatriates relocating to London for work, providing them with comprehensive packages that include corporate relocation, settling-in, and orientation services.

"We felt we were in excellent hands, and things went incredibly smoothly. We don’t know how we could have made it without this agency and their help, and we would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to relocate to England," one user remarked.

For over two decades, London Relocation has been helping individuals and families move to London from anywhere in the world. Boasting a dedicated team of relocation professionals and an innovative MLS for London rental properties, the company is committed to delivering personalized services to clients.

Shnaider beats Fernandez to win Tokyo title

TOKYO — Russia's Diana Shnaider won her first title of the year with a hard-fought victory over Leylah Fernandez in Tokyo on Sunday and couldn't wait to tell her mum all about it. The world number 13 beat Canada's Fernandez 6-4, 5-7, 6-2 to win the Pan Pacific Open and then went straight to her phone to call home. "I was calling my mum — I wanted to hear her voice after winning a title and share a first few moments with her," the 22-year-old Shnaider said. "She said 'you've just finished and already you're calling me'." It was Shnaider's first title since Monterrey in August last year and the sixth of her career. She looked to be cruising to victory after winning the first set and taking a 4-0 lead in the second. World number 23 Fernandez came back to win the second set, but Shnaider regained control to close out the match. "It was definitely a tight, close match," Shnaider said. "It makes me even more happy that I was able to fight for the title and in the end win it." Fernandez went into the final with 16 wins in her previous 20 matches. That run included victory at the Singapore Open in September and a runner-up finish at last week's Ningbo Open in China behind world number one Elena Rybakina. Fernandez struggled with her serve, double-faulting five times throughout the match and landing only half of her first serves in the first set. She got it together when it mattered though, stunning Shnaider in the second set with some tenacious tennis to even the score at one set each. Shnaider regained her composure when she returned for the final set, breaking Fernandez's serve twice and clinching the title with her first match point. She was appearing in her first final of the year after losing in the semi-finals four times before this week. "Very happy that I was able to win the title," she said. "It definitely means a lot to me, to my team, my family to finish on a high note." Fernandez shed tears as she thanked her family in her on-court interview and said that she had received some "bad news."

Tokong surges into PH Pro Round 2 in Siargao

MANILA, Philippines – John Mark “Marama” Tokong gave the Filipino crowd plenty to cheer about after beating Brazilian World No. 11 Samuel Pupo to advance to Round 2 of the World Surf League (WSL) Championship Tour Philippines Pro at Cloud 9 in Siargao on Sunday. Tokong put up 16.60 points on waves of 8.60 and 8.00, while Pupo could only manage 11.00 in their opening-round heat. Surfing before a big home crowd, Tokong handled the pressure well, making the most of the 6-to-8-foot waves under light conditions. He admitted that competing in front of his fellow Filipinos was not easy, but he tried not to think too much about the pressure once he got into the water. “It's crazy and amazing. There was a lot of pressure, but I just told myself to relax, keep things simple and enjoy the waves,” Tokong said. He could hear his family, friends and supporters cheering from the shore whenever he came out of a wave. For the Filipino surfer, that made the experience even more special. “I'm not doing this just for myself, but also for my family, friends, fans and especially the Philippines. Representing my country is very important to me,” he said. With one round behind him, Tokong is now looking forward to his next heat, hoping to give the Filipino fans another performance to cheer for. The Philippines Pro is presented by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), with the support of Surigao del Norte Gov. Robert Lyndon Barbers, General Luna Mayor Johnson Sajulga and Vice Mayor Romina Sajulga. The event also has the backing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), and NEA/SIARELCO. Surfers who lose in the opening round will still receive US$13,000 (around P830,000), while the champion will collect US$80,000 (approximately P5.1 million). The competition is being livestreamed on the One Sports YouTube channel and Cignal Play. TMT

Wembanyama has 43 points and 6 blocks to lead Spurs past short-handed Timberwolves 121-111

SAN ANTONIO — Victor Wembanyama had 43 points, seven rebounds, six blocks and four assists as the San Antonio Spurs beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 121-111 on Saturday night for their fourth straight victory. Dylan Harper added 25 points and six assists for San Antonio in the opener of a three-game homestand. De’Aaron Fox scored 20. Wembanyama was 17 of 34 from the field in reaching 40 points for the 10th time in the regular season and the 11th time in his career. After blocking Jonathan Kuminga’s 3-point attempt, Wembanyama raced downcourt for a two-handed dunk to give him 40 points. Ayo Dosunmu had 27 points and nine rebounds to lead the short-handed Timberwolves. Kuminga and Jaden McDaniels added 19 points apiece. Minnesota was without injured starters Anthony Edwards (knee surgery) and Rudy Gobert (back spasms). LaMelo Ball was limited to 20 minutes due to foul trouble. The Spurs opened the second half on a 13-4 run that included a fifth foul on Ball, who fouled out with 3:43 remaining. He finished with 10 points, eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. San Antonio grabbed a 43-33 lead after Wembanyama threw the ball off the backboard to set up his own layup, which was followed by Harper stealing the ensuing inbounds pass for a layup. The Timberwolves went on a run shortly after Ball exited with 7:40 left in the first half after picking up his fourth foul. Minnesota responded by going on a 16-0 spurt to take a 51-46 lead. Kuminga and Dosunmu had five points apiece during the surge. Minnesota outscored San Antonio 33-26 in the second quarter, getting 10 points off five Spurs turnovers.
