Jubilee Properties Helps Homeowners Wondering "How to Sell My House Fast" in Vancouver WA

Jan 24, 2023

January 24, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Jubilee Properties LLC, a cash home-buying company based in Washington state, is advising homeowners in Vancouver on how to sell homes for cash fast, even those that might need serious repairs. Readers can find out more about the company’s cash home-buying services in Vancouver by heading over to https://www.jubileepropertiesnw.com/sell-my-house-fast-in-vancouver-wa/.

A lot of property owners might own assets that they don’t live in and have consequently fallen into disarray due to a lack of upkeep. While there are solutions to salvage residential properties, for some, it might not be worth the investment, both in terms of time and money. For such homeowners, cash home-buying companies offer a convenient alternative that allows them to get back their equity in the property without putting in a lot of effort.

Cash home buyers, such as Jubilee Properties, buy houses as-is. The inspection process is far less demanding as they are not concerned with the aesthetics of the property or the number of repairs needed to make it ready to move in. While the results of the appraisal do impact the final offer, Jubilee Properties claims that it offers homeowners a fair deal that considers all the factors involved and is usually better than the offers homeowners might get from other sources.

The spokesperson for Jubilee Properties, Rob Long talks about why a property’s condition doesn’t affect its decision to make an offer by saying, “We realize just how difficult selling homes is. Homebuyers expect a pristine property that they can move into as soon as possible. So, if the property you intend to sell has been ignored for too long then you are forced to spend money on repairs that you will never benefit from. Even after getting your home in shape, you will have to find a realtor, stage the home for site visits, and wait months for a reasonable offer to come through. For many homeowners, this is too much effort for marginal returns and is not worth their time and money. Jubilee Properties can help you skip all of that. Me and Andy, my brother-in-law, have degrees in civil engineering and tons of experience in real estate fixing up and restoring houses. It is not a challenge for us and we are passing on this business advantage to you, the homeowner. When working with us, you get the fastest and fairest offer for your home that enables you to get rid of your property asset and put that money to better use elsewhere. It’s a win-win situation.”

Jubilee Properties offers fast, no-hassle, cash home-buying services in Kelso, Ferndale, Bremerton, Puyallup, Portland, Tacoma, Bonney Lake, Longview, Vancouver, Bellingham, and other nearby areas in Washington state. The investment company has a perfect 5-star rating on its Google Business profile with customers praising the founders’ quick response times and honest communication.

One recent review says, “We needed to move quickly, and Jubilee helped us do just that. We are happy with the care, attention, and guidance we received.” Another reviewer recounted their experience by saying, “Rob and his team are a pleasure to work with. I feel like they truly care and want everyone to have success - not just their own bottom line. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family for fair, open communication, and transparency.”

Jubilee Properties buys houses, even those that require significant repairs, aiming to pay a minimum of 55% to 65% of the home’s true, ready-to-go, market value. The offer depends on criteria such as the extent of repairs needed, the location, and the overall condition. However, the company makes up for it with the speed of its service, a factor that often ends up being a crucial consideration for many homeowners.

Ronaldo handed 30-day suspension after walking out on Portugal

LISBON, Portugal — Cristiano Ronaldo has been handed a 30-day suspension for leaving the Portuguese national team camp, the country's football federation (FPF) announced on Monday. The 41-year-old abruptly left the Portugal camp on September 30 during the UEFA Nations League, before accusing coach Jorge Jesus of breaking his word about giving him game time. Ronaldo apologised to supporters earlier in October, adding he would accept any punishment that was imposed. The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star, who will also have to pay a fine of 255 euros ($286), has received the minimum penalty provided for in the federation's regulations, which stipulate suspensions of between one and six months for leaving the national team. Ronaldo left Portugal's squad after first being made to warm up as a substitute against Norway on September 27 and not being brought on, and then finding out he would not start against Denmark in the match on October 1. Ronaldo's suspension takes effect from the day of the Denmark match, meaning he has already served 19 days of his ban and will complete it by the end of October. The FPF disciplinary committee said it took into account "the remorse shown in the statement" issued by Ronaldo on October 6, in which he admitted his mistake and expressed his willingness to accept a punishment. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is Portugal's all-time top goalscorer and record appearance-maker in men's international football. But in his absence, Portugal won all four of their Nations League matches and qualified for the quarter-finals with two games to spare. Portugal host Denmark on November 14 and then travel to face Wales on November 17 in their final two Nations League Group A4 matches -- by which time Ronaldo will have served his suspension. 'Putting in the work' In a social media post shortly after his walk-out, Ronaldo accused Portugal boss Jesus of breaking his word about giving him game time in Nations League matches but insisted he was not retiring from international duty. "I will be available, as I have always been until today, to compete and win for our national team," Ronaldo posted. He said Jesus had gone back on his word about bringing him on against Norway, and then in a press conference before the Denmark match had not said a series of points they had agreed upon during a conversation beforehand. One of Ronaldo's pre-approved talking points was that Jesus had "made a mistake in asking someone of the stature of Pele or Maradona to warm up and then not sending him on in the match". Jesus, speaking several days later, said he would select Ronaldo for international duty if the forward was playing for his club Al Nassr, and was interested in being called up. Following the FPF's announcement, Ronaldo did not directly react to the news on Instagram but did post a picture of himself preparing to train with his Saudi club, accompanied with the caption, "Putting in the work".
