SEMINOLE, Fla. - Jan. 26, 2023 - PRLog -- If you've followed the Tampa Bay real estate market for a while you've undoubtedly heard of Jim Wilson as he's one of the most respected agents in town when it comes to marketing homes to sell for the most amount of money. Now, he one-upped himself with the latest addition to his advertising arsenal with what he calls his "Target Marketing".

The ancient approach of placing your home in the local magazines, along with the rest of the listings that your listing brokerage has is now a thing of the past. Jim Wilson has perfected an approach to Target Marketing where he invests his own money to expose your property to the most opportune buyer based on their current interests, hobbies, family size, age and even net worth and credit score.

When asked how this new-age approach to selling for more homes works, Jim said the following: "If the home is in a highly desirable school district, that usually comes with a little bit higher property tax base. There's no sense in marketing that home to retired couples but it's a perfect fit for a family that has a child or two of school age years. If the home has a fenced yard we can expose it to those that have the appropriate income and also have a dog in the house. If it has a separate wine storage area, we can market to those that subscribe to Wine Connoisseur Magazine or otherwise have a wine collection. This allows buyers to absolutely fall in love with the home, oftentimes meaning they'll pay a premium for something that matches exact criteria. Essentially we can market it as their "Dream Home" even though it would be considered "just another home for sale" to the general public. That's why oftentimes we can sell homes for more money. With the marketing data available from online and offline marketing firms, it just doesn't make sense for an agent to simply list a home on the MLS system and wait for a possible contract sometime down the road."

For local homeowners, selling your home fast and for top dollar is our biggest priority. Utilizing an agent that understands superior marketing and exposure can potentially allow you to net a lot more money from the ultimate sale of the property. Jim was recently contacted for an Expert Interview and the information he discussed was very revealing.

UP Revenge? Remogat just wants to steady Maroons' ship

MANILA, Philippines -- Noy Remogat helped lead the way as University of the Philippines defeated last year's Finals tormentor De La Salle, 80-76, in the UAAP Season 89 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena Sunday. Remogat fired a season-high 20 points including the insurance free throw in the last five seconds for the Fighting Maroons who held off the Green Archers fightback in the final canto. Asked if he's performance is fueled by thirst for revenge after last year's Finals heartbreak against La Salle, Remogat said he simply wanted to steady the ship for UP which snapped a 2-game skid. "I don't really have that hunger for revenge from last year," said Remogat. "After those last two losses, there’s something I want to achieve as a person and something we want to achieve as a team and that is to bounce back from those two losses and string together some wins." Remogat and the Fighting Maroons improved to 3-2 for a share of third place in the standings with the Adamson Soaring Falcons. UP looks to break that tie with Adamson on Wednesday and get a win run going. "We should set the tone in our practices," said Remogat. “But it wasn’t just me (today). Jacob (Bayla), James (Payosing) and our other leaders, Gani (Stevens) and Veejay (Pre), really stepped up, and the team responded.” Pre stepped up, indeed, and backstopped Remogat. The 6-foot-4 forward banged 19 points, seven rebounds, and three assits.
