iSpeedToLead Launches Location-Based Lead Marketplace Covering 48,000+ Motivated Seller Leads Across 35 States

Sep 21, 2026

United States, September 21, 2026 -- iSpeedToLead, the pay-per-lead marketplace built for real estate investors, today announced the launch of its motivated seller leads by location directory. The new marketplace organizes the company's live lead feed by state, county, and city so investors can see current seller supply in the exact markets where they make offers.

At launch, the directory tracks 48,892 available motivated seller leads across 35 qualifying states, along with 15,322 sold-out proof points archived from the rolling feed. Texas leads the country with 5,549 available leads, followed by Ohio (4,254), Florida (4,183), North Carolina (2,280), and Illinois (2,197).

Browse by State, Narrow Down into County, Buy by City

The directory replaces the generic lead list model with a three-level structure. Investors start at the state level, narrow to the county where they buy, then open a city page that carries the full live card feed for that market.

  • State pages rank markets by available supply and route investors into the most active local areas.
  • County pages let investors compare multiple nearby cities before choosing a lead feed.
  • City pages carry the complete live feed, sorted by lead status, DealPredictor grade, and freshness.

High-supply city markets at launch include Houston (522 leads), Cleveland (380), San Antonio (346), Chicago (340), Philadelphia (319), Indianapolis (318), and Detroit (316). At the county level, Cuyahoga County, OH (738), Harris County, TX (736), and Cook County, IL (707) currently hold the deepest inventory.

Privacy-safe Signals Visible Before Registration

Every public market page is server-rendered with privacy-safe signals only. Investors can see market, lead status, DealPredictor grade, SMS verification when present, seller motivation, urgency, occupancy, local buyer demand, and ARV when the feed provides it.

Street addresses, owner contact information, seller asking amounts, and lead purchase prices remain hidden on public pages. Full lead records and pricing unlock after creating a free account.

"[Placeholder quote from iSpeedToLead spokesperson about why the company built the location directory and what it means for investors.]" said [Name], [Title] at iSpeedToLead.

Built on the Same Verification and Scoring Pipeline

Leads in the directory come from the same public iSpeedToLead marketplace feed that serves more than 12,000 active investors. Every lead is triple-verified by human reviewers and AI against 50 billion data points, with 97.5% of leads carrying verified addresses and 85% or more matching public property records.

Roughly 40% of incoming leads are removed before publication for being unreachable, already under contract, listed with an agent, or below the motivation threshold. Surviving leads receive a DealPredictor score from A+ to C, trained on more than 20,000 closed deals and 74,000 tracked leads. A+ leads close at roughly four times the platform average.

RJ Bates III of Titanium Investments described the browse-and-buy workflow this way: "I scrolled past seven, eight leads, nope, not that, not that, that one, that's the one. It's a location I've got a great buyer relationship, highly motivated, physically distressed, he's willing to sell at a discount, we got him down 10,000 and we're 22 minutes in and we got it."

Alerts, Automation, and a Low-Risk Way to Start

Investors who create a free account can save state, county, and city alerts to get notified when new motivated sellers post in their markets, and jump to similar leads the moment one sells.

Investors who prefer hands-off acquisition can pair the directory with AutoMatch, which delivers matching exclusive leads automatically and converts at three times the rate of standard shared lead buying.

New members can use the code GET90 at checkout for 90% off their first lead. Eligible Exclusive and Active leads are backed by a 21-day refund window with a 78.2% approval rate, and the platform requires no long-term contracts or monthly minimums.

Investors can explore the directory today or Book a demo with an off-market acquisition strategist to see live inventory in their target markets.

Tabanas, Sarines twins carry PH youth wave to Taiwan

MANILA, Philippines — Sixteen-year-old Isabella Tabanas gets her first taste of professional golf when she joins fellow ICTSI-backed amateurs Lisa and Mona Sarines in the Kenda Tire Cup, which gets under way Wednesday (Sept. 23) at the Taichung International Country Club in Taichung, Taiwan. The NT$4-million championship, the 16th leg of the LPGA of Taiwan Tour, is co-sanctioned by the Ladies Philippine Golf Tour and brings together the leading players from the LPGT and a strong international field. For Tabanas, however, the 54-hole event represents more than just another tournament – it marks her maiden appearance on the TLPGA, giving the promising Cagayan de Oro junior an early opportunity to test her game against seasoned professionals and top amateurs from across Asia. Tabanas, who has committed to play collegiate golf for Texas A&M University-Kingsville, is the latest addition to ICTSI’s growing stable of young players being given assistance and international exposure as part of a long-term program aimed at developing golfers capable of competing on the world stage. She will be joined by the Sarines twins, Lisa and Mona, who are also regarded as among the promising young talents in Philippine golf. The sisters have made early strides as junior golfers, gaining valuable experience in local and international competitions and steadily building the credentials that have marked them as potential future players on the LPGT. The three youngsters will have plenty to learn from the seasoned Filipina pros in the field, led by ICTSI-backed Yvon Bisera and Princess Superal, and Harmie Constantino, while also getting a firsthand look at the level required to compete successfully on the professional circuit. Kiara Montebon, 20, is also on the ICTSI roster. An incoming Biology junior, she competes for Chicago State University in US NCAA Division I. Tabanas hails from Cagayan de Oro and regularly plays at Del Monte Golf Club and Pueblo de Oro. She has competed in several tournaments in the United States since 2023 and continued her rise with a successful campaign in the FCG Collegiate Series Spring Classic at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, California last April. She heads into her first TLPGA tournament with enthusiasm and a clear development goal, hoping to sharpen her short game and improve her recovery shots around the green. Her presence, together with that of the Sarines twins, underscores the continuing push to give the country's next generation of golfers meaningful exposure beyond junior competition. Meanwhile, Bisera banners a crack 20-player LPGT contingent in the Kenda Tire Cup, seeking a breakthrough victory for the Filipinas in a partnership with the TLPGA that dates back to 2015, with the first co-sanctioned event held in 2018. Bisera enters the tournament as the Philippines' leading threat after winning two of the first five LPGT legs this season and placing runner-up in another. But she will be challenged by a talented group that includes Superal, Constantino, Mafy Singson, Sarah Ababa and Korean LPGT regular Jiwon Lee. TMT
