Frankston Conveyancer Celebrates Milepost of Serving 3000+ Clients

Jan 9, 2023

January 09, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - A southeast VIC-based conveyancing firm, LEAD Conveyancing Frankston, was happy to declare that it has recently serviced more than 3000 clients nationwide. Its clients come from various states of Australia, particularly Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia and Victoria. The company has kept track of the number of its customers since its inception five years ago. For more information about LEAD Conveyancing Frankston, visit their official website.

The conveyancing firm achieved its new milestone a day after Christmas. It has served 3,013 customers that hired them to buy, sell and transfer property ownership. For the company, the achievement is advanced, considering that they have been in the industry for only more than five years, as most conveyancing firms reach this specific number of clients in seven to eight years. It symbolises the company's outstanding output throughout the years, as the accomplishment would only be possible if it had excellent performance.

Its well-kept records show it has served 1,634 buyers, 1,204 sellers and 175 transferors. Most of its customers live in Victoria, the state where Frankston resides. This milestone is evidence that the firm is one of the sought-after conveyancing companies in the state, possibly in the country. The company is still growing and might achieve another milestone sooner if it keeps improving its services.

Trinh Thai, Legal Director and Solicitor of LEAD Conveyancing Frankston, thanked her colleagues following their new milestone announcement. “I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who always give your best in every transaction. I know that sometimes conveyancing is challenging even though we have already studied it and are still studying it. I am proud because the challenging parts of it did not hinder you from putting in extremely great output. I hope that we all do not let up because of this milestone. As I always say, being complacent is one of the traits a conveyancing lawyer should not possess.”

For Trinh, their achievement is not just a manifestation of their legal knowledge but also evidence of their professionalism. She believes that most of their clients would only come back to them to ask for legal assistance once again if they knew how to treat people right. That is why being generous to others is one of her monthly reminders to her colleagues. For her, being kind is one of the essential traits an individual should always possess to get far in life, and manifesting it through herself is the best way to inspire her colleagues to do the same. She believes that kindness is contagious.

LEAD Conveyancing Frankston is one of Victoria's trusted and tested conveyancing firms. This accomplishment represents the company’s effort and hard work throughout its years in the conveyancing industry. They plan to outperform themselves in the future to show that they are not stagnant and constantly improving on their craft. NCAA: San Beda escapes EAC to end crossover round with victory

MANILA, Philippines — San Beda University survived a late fourth-quarter rally pulled by Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC), 89-86, to end the crossover round with a victory in the NCAA Season 102 men’s basketball tournament on Monday afternoon at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City. The EAC Generals pulled a late 12-0 rally in the fourth quarter to take the lead and erase the nine-point lead of the San Bed Red Lions, 86-85, courtesy of EJ Castillo and Jude Bagay putting up the fight with one minute and 16 seconds remaining. However, Castillo committed an unsportsmanlike foul on RC Calimag, who took advantage of the opportunity and scored both of his free throws, 87-86. With four seconds remaining, Calimag made a trip to the charity stripe once more, sinking both of his free throws to give San Beda a three-point lead, 89-86. MJ Raymundo missed the game-tying shot that allowed San Beda to stretch its win streak over EAC to 28 games. The last time EAC won over San Beda was on Sept. 17, 2024. “We know EAC is going to go hard on the basket; that is something that we knew before heading to this game. But it’s different when you’re inside. We just need to toughen up. I know we were too soft in that fourth quarter when we were up,” head coach Yuri Escueta told the media after the game. The Red Lions ended the second round with a 6-3 win-loss record in Group A, while EAC fell to 3-6 in Group B. San Beda relied on Aldous Torculas, who made 19 points and seven rebounds, along with four assists. John Bonzalida added 12 points, while Jimuel Reyes and RC Calming made 11 points identically. EAC was led by Castillo’s 19 points and three assists.
