EngageZing Announces Local Business Initiative to Replace "Electronic Brochure" Websites with AI Growth Systems

Sep 21, 2026

EngageZing introduces interactive, high-converting website systems designed to help local businesses stop lead leakage and capture more revenue.

United States, September 21, 2026 -- EngageZing LLC, a performance-driven digital marketing and business growth agency, today announces a local business initiative to replace static "electronic brochure" websites with interactive growth engines that capture and nurture inbound leads around the clock. Founded by 20-year military operations veteran Joe Leineke, the company addresses a common and costly problem local service providers face: the loss of high-intent prospects who click away from websites that fail to engage them in real time.

From Static Websites to Active Lead Capture

The initiative is built around a common business issue in local service markets: companies often invest in search visibility, advertising, referrals, and reputation building, but lose prospective customers when a website does not provide a timely path to contact, booking, or follow-up. EngageZing describes this condition as a lead leakage problem, where demand is created but not fully captured.

For many operators, a website still functions as an electronic brochure. It may list services, locations, credentials, and contact details, but it does not always prompt real-time action or support immediate decision-making. In competitive categories such as home services, healthcare, consumer services, and professional services, delayed responses can affect whether an inquiry becomes a scheduled appointment, consultation, or sale.

EngageZing is positioning its website conversion initiative around the shift from passive web pages to active growth systems. The company emphasizes the role of high-converting website design. Instead of relying only on service descriptions and contact pages, conversion-focused websites use direct calls to action, mobile-friendly layouts, trust signals, booking prompts, location relevance, and simplified customer pathways. The goal is to reduce gaps between visitor interest and business response, especially after hours or during high-volume periods.

A Four-Pillar Model Built on Accountability

EngageZing was created to bridge the gap between enterprise-grade growth mechanics and local business accessibility. Rather than binding clients to opaque, expensive monthly retainers that celebrate vanity metrics such as impressions and traffic blips, the company aligns its incentives with real business outcomes. Its model rests on four pillars.

The first pillar is what the company calls skin-in-the-game accountability. Through its Pay-Per-Result SEO structure, EngageZing ties agency revenue directly to client ranking milestones. If the company does not produce verified results, the client does not pay. This approach intends to remove the speculative risk that often accompanies traditional agency engagements.

The second pillar is veteran-led operational precision. Drawing on two decades of military operations leadership, EngageZing approaches local marketing the way it would approach mission planning. That includes intelligence gathering, bottleneck identification, frictionless execution, and disciplined tracking. This operational discipline forms the backbone of the company's frameworks.

The third pillar is end-to-end leak elimination through automation. Generating traffic is only half the battle, the company emphasizes. EngageZing deploys custom artificial intelligence voice receptionists, autonomous chat concierges, and smart workflow automations so that inbound calls and inquiries are captured, qualified, and booked at any hour of the day or night. Artificial intelligence, in this context, refers to software tools that can answer questions, route conversations, and schedule appointments without direct human involvement.

The fourth pillar is a diagnostic 12-Month Growth Roadmap designed to deliver predictable return on investment. Every partnership begins with an exhaustive audit of more than 500 data points covering local search terrain, competitor vulnerabilities, speed-to-lead, and revenue leakages. The result is a clear, month-by-month plan intended to eliminate guesswork and connect every dollar spent to measurable growth.

AI Systems for Speed to Lead

A central part of EngageZing’s initiative uses AI business automation for speed-to-lead improvement. Speed to lead refers to the amount of time between a customer inquiry and the first response from a business. Research across service industries consistently shows that faster response times improve the likelihood that an inquiry becomes a conversation or appointment.

EngageZing deploys tools such as AI voice receptionists, automated chat concierges, lead qualification workflows, and follow-up sequences. These systems are structured to help businesses respond outside standard office hours, during busy service periods, and when staff members are unavailable. The agency states automation is not intended to replace the customer relationship, but to ensure inquiries are answered. These elements support customers who are ready to make a decision and help business teams prioritize qualified interest.

Roadmap Before Investment

EngageZing’s 12-Month Growth Roadmap provides a clear, month-by-month blueprint designed to eliminate marketing guesswork. This defining feature of the EngageZing model is its emphasis on clarity before commitment. Rather than asking business owners to place blind trust in an agency, the company establishes strategic direction through its diagnostic audit and roadmap process.

The process begins with an operational audit of more than 500 data points, mapping out local search terrain, competitor vulnerabilities, customer journey friction, and speed-to-lead gaps. The roadmap delivers highly specific, actionable content detailing what a business must address before committing to a wider implementation. The primary benefit of this diagnostic approach is predictable prioritization. Business owners can sequence their marketing improvements based on measurable financial impact rather than speculative testing.

These zero-risk conversion assets, including free website mockups and comprehensive 12-Month Growth Roadmaps, provide owners a concrete view of the opportunity before spending anything. Business owners interested in learning more can explore the company's website, additional resources through its blog, or connect through its social channels on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.

Tabanas, Sarines twins carry PH youth wave to Taiwan

MANILA, Philippines — Sixteen-year-old Isabella Tabanas gets her first taste of professional golf when she joins fellow ICTSI-backed amateurs Lisa and Mona Sarines in the Kenda Tire Cup, which gets under way Wednesday (Sept. 23) at the Taichung International Country Club in Taichung, Taiwan. The NT$4-million championship, the 16th leg of the LPGA of Taiwan Tour, is co-sanctioned by the Ladies Philippine Golf Tour and brings together the leading players from the LPGT and a strong international field. For Tabanas, however, the 54-hole event represents more than just another tournament – it marks her maiden appearance on the TLPGA, giving the promising Cagayan de Oro junior an early opportunity to test her game against seasoned professionals and top amateurs from across Asia. Tabanas, who has committed to play collegiate golf for Texas A&M University-Kingsville, is the latest addition to ICTSI’s growing stable of young players being given assistance and international exposure as part of a long-term program aimed at developing golfers capable of competing on the world stage. She will be joined by the Sarines twins, Lisa and Mona, who are also regarded as among the promising young talents in Philippine golf. The sisters have made early strides as junior golfers, gaining valuable experience in local and international competitions and steadily building the credentials that have marked them as potential future players on the LPGT. The three youngsters will have plenty to learn from the seasoned Filipina pros in the field, led by ICTSI-backed Yvon Bisera and Princess Superal, and Harmie Constantino, while also getting a firsthand look at the level required to compete successfully on the professional circuit. Kiara Montebon, 20, is also on the ICTSI roster. An incoming Biology junior, she competes for Chicago State University in US NCAA Division I. Tabanas hails from Cagayan de Oro and regularly plays at Del Monte Golf Club and Pueblo de Oro. She has competed in several tournaments in the United States since 2023 and continued her rise with a successful campaign in the FCG Collegiate Series Spring Classic at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, California last April. She heads into her first TLPGA tournament with enthusiasm and a clear development goal, hoping to sharpen her short game and improve her recovery shots around the green. Her presence, together with that of the Sarines twins, underscores the continuing push to give the country's next generation of golfers meaningful exposure beyond junior competition. Meanwhile, Bisera banners a crack 20-player LPGT contingent in the Kenda Tire Cup, seeking a breakthrough victory for the Filipinas in a partnership with the TLPGA that dates back to 2015, with the first co-sanctioned event held in 2018. Bisera enters the tournament as the Philippines' leading threat after winning two of the first five LPGT legs this season and placing runner-up in another. But she will be challenged by a talented group that includes Superal, Constantino, Mafy Singson, Sarah Ababa and Korean LPGT regular Jiwon Lee. TMT
