Clowder is a year-round, multi-purpose mobile app platform designed to drive engagement for associations and non-profits. With Clowder, organizations can replace one-time use event apps, facilitate member-to-member networking, provide a new line of communication to members, and generate new sources of non-dues revenue.

Clowder is a long-time Authorized iMIS Product Partner (AiPP) that fully integrates with the iMIS Engagement Management System and is offered to clients as iMIS Mobile Powered by Clowder.  The platform also integrates with a variety of AMS/CRM solutions to help associations, non-profits, and other membership organizations better engage younger members, improve member communication, support unlimited events, and create new advertising streams.

"Over the years, our successful partnership with ASI has helped us become the #1 membership mobile app.  By joining ASI's portfolio of companies, we will have the resources available to explore new features and further expand our reach to member-centric organizations," said Alexa Kade, Clowder's Chief Executive Officer, who will join ASI in a new position as General Manager – Clowder. "We're looking forward to helping these organizations use mobile apps to significantly impact their member engagement." No staffing changes are planned, and Clowder's current management, support and development personnel will continue to provide services to existing and future clients.

"There is tremendous potential in mobile apps — the average person spends five hours on their mobile device each day and 89% of that time is spent on apps.  We want to maximize this business opportunity for our clients and Clowder will help us lead the way," said Bob Alves, Chairman and CEO of Advanced Solutions International.
